Doors will open at 1pm. Re-entry is permitted until 7pm.

What are the box office details?
Los Darks box office opens at 12:00pm. Please note, that the venue we are hosting our event in are not official vendors for tickets for our events and will not be able to assist you if you visit them prior to the event. You can purchase tickets to the event online, here.
Tickets are electronic and began delivering to the email address used at time of purchase starting Monday, March 2.

Do I have to buy parking?
A number of convenient lots surround the venue. Parking will be available at these lots for purchase on site as you arrive to Los Darks.
Is this event ADA-Accessible?
Yes, there are designated areas of the event for patrons that need it during Los Darks.
Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
No, all Los Darks sales are final.
What happens if it rains?
Los Darks will go on rain or shine. Updates will be given at the venue during the show with video wall and Emcee announcements.
Do you sell alcohol, food, and drinks?
Yes, alcohol will be available for sale at Los Darks to those 21+ with a valid I.D. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.
Is there an age limit to the event?
No, we welcome all ages at Los Darks. Ages 2 Years and over require a ticket to enter.
Entry Conditions
Please review the below before attending Los Darks:
- Guests are encouraged to leave prohibited items at home
- All guests and their belongings are subject to search
- Prohibited items list is subject to change at any time
- Security personnel reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and prohibited items and reserve the right to deny entry to any guest without refund.
- Bringing in empty, plastic refillable water bottles is encouraged.
Prohibited Items
The below are not permitted at Los Darks:
Chairs, coolers, tailgating or overnight parking, outside food and drinks, including alcohol, firearms, weapons of any kind, knives, including pocket knives, glass containers, drugs and drug paraphernalia, spray paint, markers, sharpies, tents of any kind, laser pointers, flags, flag poles, wagons or wheeled carts, umbrellas, professional cameras or video/audio equipment, pets (service animals must have proper identification), fireworks, explosives, bags of any kind (except those listed on allowed item list), backpacks, fanny packs, purses, any item deemed inappropriate by event staff.
Bag Policy
All bags are subject to screening at Los Darks. You can bring any regular to small personal bag, but it must not be any larger than 14 inches by 14 inches by 6 inches.
